13.30 Liz King, Sarah Curran, & Dr Michelle CreedCoping with and making sense of injuryAfter a bike accident earlier this year, Liz (Therapist and Outdoor Professional) became more aware of the huge impact injury can have on your life. Liz will be joined by Michelle (a GP) and Sarah (Disabled Hiker and Veteran @sarahmakingmemories) as they discuss the lessons learnt along their own recovery journeys. Whatever the injury, recovery can be an isolating time, come and join the discussion.
