Your pass doesn’t grant automatic access, but it enables you to book a ticket for all events. As most events have limited capacity or seat allocation, everyone needs a ticket to attend. Your pass allows you to book a ticket for events on the day your pass is valid—or for the entire weekend if you hold a Festival Weekend Pass.

You don’t need to pay for any tickets with your pass. Remember, you will still need to book tickets to the events you want to attend - at no extra cost.

Seperate to your pass, you can also also buy extra tickets for friends or family, if needed. This can be done through your account, purchasing as individual tickets. 

No—each pass is valid for one person. However, you can store multiple passes under one account. When booking, you’ll be asked to assign a pass to each ticket. Simply select the appropriate pass when booking multiple tickets.

Yes, you can purchase multiple passes under one account holder, but each pass should be registered to the main user it’s intended for.

This year, we’re keeping it simple as passes are a new addition. If they go well, we hope to introduce more options next year, with family passes being one of the options.

We recommend browsing the programme before purchasing, as all pass sales are final. That said, with over 200 events running across the weekend, we encourage you to book a ticket and try something new!

You can cancel tickets via the ‘My Tickets’ section of your account. Click ‘Manage Tickets’ for the relevant event, and select ‘Cancel’. You can cancel up to 15 minutes before the event starts. Cancelling a ticket doesn’t affect your pass.

No. All pass sales are final and usage is at the pass holder’s discretion. With such a full programme, we hope you’ll find plenty to enjoy.

Yes—all parties are available to book using your pass. However, they often sell out, so be sure to book early!

Activities listed on the Kendal Mountain Festival ticketing site are included in your pass. However, the adidas Terrex Trail Run and The North Face Skyline Ultra are not included, as they are ticketed separately. Activities can sell out quickly, so book early!

No, a pass isn’t required for free events. However, if the event is ticketed—even if free—you will still need to book a ticket. You can do this with or without a pass.

Yes! Individual event tickets can be purchased whether or not you have a pass.

Unfortunately, no. Your pass gives you 48-hour priority booking before general release, and passholders can cancel their tickets—so more may become available closer to the event.

No. Accommodation is arranged via a separate provider and is not included with your Festival pass.

No. The Dometic gift set can only be collected at the Festival, between 20–23 November 2025.
